Event Policy

At MammaJo Events Events, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience for your special event.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review the following policies before booking our services:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to guarantee the date and time of your event. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your booking.
• A refundable deposit is also required as a guarantee that all hired items will be returned in full. The refund will be issued within 3-4 days after the event. We kindly ask that you take good care of the items as you would your own belongings. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.
• Please note that we do not supply tables and chairs for dining. It is your responsibility to provide the necessary furniture and ensure that the location is ready for setup.
• Bling Picnic Events is not responsible for any accidents, damages, fires, or other incidents that occur after we have set up and left the site.
• For small events, we require a minimum of 2 hours for setup and for large events, we require 4 hours.
• Please check the weather in advance. In case of rain, outdoor events will be cancelled and we will not issue refunds. We will, however, try to reschedule for a date that works for both parties. If the event is indoors but it is raining, we will require a covered parking area as we cannot walk with the equipment in the rain.
• For outdoor events in the park, please ensure that there is a free car parking area within 5 minutes’ walk of the site. You must also confirm that the spot is available and suitable for setup.
• Bling Picnic Events is not responsible if the park is unavailable for setup due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Please note that we will record a video of the setup and takedown process as part of our company records.
• We will deliver all goods and collect them after the event.
• For picnics in the park, the duration is approximately 3.5 hours, including setup and takedown. Late bookings must be finished 1 hour before the park closing time, as we need to collect all items before the park closes.
